Berry’s Aurora collection consists of luxurious hand finished gold and platinum jewellery, fused with gemstones from all around the world. Brought to life by traditional manufacturing techniques – those methods that have gained us such high recognition since our journey began – our gemstone jewellery has no limits when it comes to achieving the ultimate in elegance and beauty. Each of our designs are melded with fine diamonds, carefully chosen so as to perfectly compliment their setting and our choice in accompanying stones. Read on to discover more about our Aurora collection.
It was the Romans who gave the name aurora to the kaleidoscopic displays of natural light that appear in the sky around the north and south poles. They did so because they thought it was the goddess of the same name, sister of Helios and Seline, the sun and moon, racing across the sky to alert her sister to the start of a new day.
These dancing stair rods of green, red, blue and ultraviolet didn’t just capture the Roman’s imagination; they were thought by the Japanese to be caused by celestial battles between good and evil dragons, while in Philip Pullman’s skewed version of our own reality, they were the portals to alternate universes and realities. Our Berry’s Aurora jewellery collection may not take you to another world, but it certainly will transport you.
This beautiful collection is the ultimate in luxury gemstone jewellery. Only the finest precious stones are used and then pared with diamonds in myriad styles that range from the more traditional to the avant garde – the aim always being to devise a setting that complements the choice of stone, which makes every piece a masterclass in design.
Ranging from rubies and emeralds to aquamarines, amethysts, topaz and tanzanite, we are confident we can offer the perfect piece for any woman’s taste. The Aurora collection is also a great option if you’re looking to match a gemstone to a birthday.
To awaken your mind to the possibilities, we’ve put together a selection of some of our favourite pieces below.
Berry’s 18ct White Gold Rubellite & Diamond Drop Earrings
For those searching for something decadent, ideal for a red carpet event, then old school glamour is the way to go and these rubellite drop earrings fit the bill. Despite being surrounded by two shimmering loops of diamond pavé set in white gold, the two rich red stones are the stars of the show, with the barely there four-claw setting allowing light flood through and set them on fire.

Berry’s 18ct Yellow Gold Amethyst & Diamond Drop Earrings
If you prefer something slightly more understated, then these Art-Deco style amethyst drop earrings are a great option. The delicate lilac of the unusual petal-shaped cabochons is warmed by the yellow gold edge, while a thin spire of diamonds is an elegant way to add sparkle. They are definitely an answer to the question “how can I wear precious in an every-day setting?” and would look just as incredible with denim as they would with an LBD.

Berry’s 18ct Yellow Gold Emerald And Diamond Bangle
Bangles are big news for 2018 – Tom Ford sent the models down his A/W 2018 with them layered up arms in defiance of the oversized cuff trend. However, our emerald and diamond bangle is such a showstopper you wouldn’t want to layer it with anything else. The contrast between the sections of ice-cool princess cut diamonds and lush verdant emeralds feels really contemporary meaning you could even wear it with a t-shirt. Which is what you’ll hopefully be wearing in May for which emerald is the birthstone.

Berry’s 18ct White Gold Pink & Green Tourmaline & Diamond Pendant
Versatility is another hot trend. We know our female clients want their jewellery pieces to be adaptable, so they can wear something they love for different occasions rather than just letting it languish in the jewellery box. This breath-taking tourmaline pendant certainly shouldn’t be kept in a box. The complex construction of this gemstone means that it can sometimes become multicoloured as with this gorgeous necklace. A single diamond on top only adds to its beauty and, as it is on an adjustable white gold chain, it can be worn with any neckline from demure to daring.

Berry’s Platinum Step Cut Aquamarine & Baguette Cut Diamond Ring
One thing that certainly isn’t demure is this eye-catching aquamarine cocktail ring. Cocktail rings have been around for a while and the appetite for them shows little sign of abating and, when you look at a piece like this it is easy to see why. It is the quickest way to inject some high-octane glamour into any outfit and there’s something a little “devil may care” about ignoring the word “cocktail” and just wearing a piece like this whenever you fancy.

After all that’s the great thing about gemstone jewellery – there are no rules to wearing it. As Elizabeth Taylor, a woman who knew a thing or two about accessorising once said: “Jewellery has the power to be this one little thing that can make you feel unique.”
